RA Special Ops' mission is to attract elite salesman that understand the solar sales game, are able to operate at a high level, and be a team player by setting the example while helping other team players win.
The ranks are: SEAL, CAPTAIN, SPECIALIST, ROOKIE. Two layers of leadership, and two layers of troops. Lean and mean! Better pay, incentives, trips, mentorship, experience, success rate.
